Syndrome differentiation and treatment of femoral head necrosis based on the theory of"deficiency,pathogen,and stasis"
摘要
Abstract
The theory of"deficiency,pathogen,and stasis"is a diagnostic and therapeutic approach for rheumatic arthritis proposed by Professor Lou Duofeng,and it is widely used in clinical practice and has been extensively reported in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases such as osteoarthritis,rheumatoid arthritis,and ankylosing spondylitis.However,there are few reports on its application in the diagnosis and treatment of femoral head necrosis.Based on this theory,a systematic study is conducted on the diagnosis and treatment of femoral head necrosis from the aspects of its etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and classification,treatment principles,and prescription and medication.In this study,the treatment of femoral head necrosis is based on the differentiation of its three syndromes and five types,which has attained significant therapeutic effects.This provides a new approach for the diagnosis and treatment of femoral head necrosis and is worthy of further research and exploration.关键词
