Abstract
This article analyzes Professor Wang Sumei's syndrome differentiation and treatment methods for tic disorders in children from the perspective of visualization thinking.Based on the holistic concept of"dispelling wind and stopping convulsion",Professor Wang integrates Chinese medicines and acupuncture to handle the pathogenesis of tic disorders,focusing on dispelling wind,calming the mind,and unblocking the meridians,using wind-dispelling herbs such as divaricate saposhnikovia root and gambir plant nod,along with dedicated acupoints like Cuanzhu(B2)and Yifeng(TE17),coupled with intra-dermal needling therapy.Through case analysis,the article explores how Professor Wang adjusts the combination of herbs and treatment plans based on the clinical manifestations of tic disorders in children and their constitutions,aiming to maximize therapeutic effects.This study highlights the unique approach of Wang Sumei to pediatric tic disorders and validates the practical application value of visualization thinking in TCM clinical practice.关键词
