Patient Capital and New Quality Productive Forces:The Logic and Approach of Jointly Driving High-quality Economic Development

Abstract
On the new journey of promoting high-quality economic development in the new era,patient capital and new quality productive forces have become important forces to drive high-quality economic development.From the perspective of Marxist political economy,patient capital focuses on long-term value creation and high risk tolerance,while new quality productive forces innovate traditional production factors in an all-round way by virtue of the powerful engine of scientific and technological innovation.In the target dimension,the pursuit of long-term stable investment returns by patient cap-ital is consistent with the goal of new quality productive forces to tap long-term economic growth potential,enhance comprehensive benefits and achieve steady development;In the factor dimension,the financial elements provided by patient capital continue to inject strong impetus into the cultivation and growth of new quality productive forces,while the high-quality investment targets with great potential spawned by new quality productive forces in turn provide returns for patient capital,thus forming a virtuous interactive cycle of interdependence and mutual promotion.In the new journey towards high-quality economic development,to realize the efficient and coordinated promotion of patient capital and new quality productive forces,it is urgent to closely link up and coordinate policy guidance,market cultivation and enterprise cooperation to form a strong joint force,so as to effectively promote the construction process of high-level socialist market economic system and provide solid support for the steady progress of Chinese style modernization.关键词
