Abstract

Plant height and main stem node number are important traits affecting soybean yield.De-veloping related molecular markers and mining their molecular mechanism are of great benefit to breeding."Jinong 45"and"Suinong 76"were used as parents to obtain F2 population.Based on the genetic map constructed by SNP markers and phenotypic data of the population,three mapping meth-ods of CIM,ICIM and GCIM were used for QTL mapping,and QTL confidence interval was anno-tated.Finally,seven QTLs were obtained from plant height(PH)and three QTLs were obtained from node number(NN).Among them,qNN-20-1,qPH-4-1,qPH-6-1,qPH-19-1 and qPH-20-1 are simi-lar to or coincide with the previous research results.qNN-7-1,qNN-7-2,qPH-9-1,qPH-12-1 and qPH-19-2 are the newly discovered loci,and there is an overlapping region between qNN-20-1 and qPH-20-1.According to the gene annotation,32 candidate genes were screened from the loci,which also showed that these loci were involved in cell processes and plant hormone coordination networks,resulting in changes in plant height or main stem node number.These results will provide theoretical basis for plant type improvement,and lay a theoretical foundation for analyzing the genetic mecha-nism of plant height and node number.
