高山红景天水提物活性组分对人参主要病菌抑制作用
Inhibitory Effect of Active Components of Water Extract of Rhodiola sachalinensis on Pathogenic Fungi of Ginseng

Abstract
In order to clarify the inhibitory effect of the water extract of Rhodiola sachalinensis on eight kinds of pathogenic fungi of ginseng,the growth rate method was used to determine the antifun-gal effect of the water extract of Rhodiola sachalinensis.The main antifungal active site was clarified by macroporous resin and silica gel column chromatography.And the field control effect was studied in the experiment.The results showed that the inhibition rate of water extract of Rhodiola sachalinen-sis against Pythium debaryanum and Rhizoctonia solani on Panax ginseng was 100%,and the inhibi-tion rate against Fusarium oxysporum and Sclerotinia sclerotiorum on Panax ginseng reached 80%,at a concentration of 15 mg/mL.Nine eluates were collected from water extract of Rhodiola sachalinensis of macroporous resin(D101)column chromatography,of which 10%ethanol eluate was a major anti-fungal active site.When the concentration of each eluate was 2 mg/mL,10%ethanol eluate had the highest inhibitory activity against Pythium debaryanum and Rhizoctonia solani on Panax ginseng,the inhibition rate was 100%and 80%,respectively,and the two EC50 values were 0.209 mg/mL and 0.593 mg/mL,respectively.After treatments with ultraviolet light irradiation,storage time,different pH and temperature,the inhibitory rate of 10%ethanol eluate of Rhodiola sachalinensis against Py-thium debaryanum and Rhizoctonia solani on Panax ginseng was not significantly affected.With the increase of the dose,The field control effect of 10%ethanol eluate against ginseng Rhizoctonia solani increased significantly.At a dose of 0.5 g/m2,the control effect was 81.77%,which was equivalent to that of 50%carbendazim.Twenty four fractions were collected from 10%ethanol eluate by silica gel column chromatography.Among them,the fraction RS-SC12 had the highest inhibitory activity against ginseng Pythium debaryanum,with an inhibition zone diamete of 21.33 mm,and the fraction RS-SC10 had the highest inhibitory activity against ginseng Rhizoctonia solani,with an inhibition zone diameter of 16.30 mm.关键词
