3株芽孢杆菌的筛选、鉴定及其对人参锈腐病的生防作用
Screening and Identification of Three Strains of Bacillus and Their Biocontrol Effects on Ginseng Rust Rot Disease

Abstract
Targeting the pathogen of ginseng rust rot,Cylindrocarpon destructans,bacteria FS-MY3,MYW5 and MMW5 with antagonistic effect were screened from rhizosphere soil using gradient dilu-tion method and plate confrontation method,with inhibition rates ranging from 88.88%to 91.04%.These bacteria also showed strong inhibitory effects against Alternaria panax and Fusarium oxyspo-rum,with inhibition rates ranging from 77.67%to 85.89%and 87.60%to 88.77%,respectively.Based on morphological characteristics,physiological and biochemical properties,and 16S rDNA se-quence alignment analysis,strains FS-MY3 and MYW5 were identified as Bacillus subtilis and MMW5 as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens.The results showed that all the three strains of Bacillus amylo-liquefaciens had the ability to secrete protease,cellulase and iron carriers,and ginseng root disk ex-periment and pot experiments verified that the three strains of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens had good control effect on rust rot of ginseng.This study provides a theoretical basis for the biological control of ginseng diseases and the development of ginseng biocontrol bacterial agents.关键词
