高拮抗茄立枯丝核菌的生防暹罗芽孢杆菌N2发酵培养基及其发酵条件优化
Optimization of Fermentation Media and Conditions for Biocontrol Strain Bacillus siamensis N2 with High Antifungal Activity against Rhizoctonia solani

Abstract
Using Rhizoctonia solani as target pathogen,the optimal fermentation medium and shake flask fermentation conditions for the biocontrol bacterium Bacillus siamensis N2 were screened.Us-ing single factor level test and orthogonal test,the optimal fermentation medium formula and shake flask fermentation conditions were determined based on the growth rate and inhibitory rate of B.sia-mensis N2 against R.solani.The optimal fermentation medium formula for B.siamensis N2 is:glu-cose 20 g/L,peptone 50 g/L,glycerol 5 mL/L,K2HPO4·7H2O 1.5 g/L,and MgSO4·7H2O 1.5 g/L.The optimal conditions of shaker fermentation were:inoculation amount 4%,flask loading 100 mL/250 mL,culture time 24 h,culture temperature 28℃,rotation speed 180 r/min,and initial pH value 7.The study lays a theoretical foundation for the optimization of tank fermentation conditions and industrial production of N2 strain.关键词
