国医大师郭诚杰从虚实论治乳癖经验
Professor Guo Chengjie's experience in the differentiation and treatment of breast lumps from the perspective of deficiency and excess syndromes
摘要
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to explore the experience of Guo Chengjie,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,in the differentiation and treatment of breast lumps from the perspective of deficiency and excess syndromes.Through collecting and analyzing the relevant literature and data,combined with Professor Guo Chengjie's clinical practice,it is found that he mostly classifies breast lumps into two categories:deficiency syndrome and excess syndrome.In its excess syndrome,the disease is manifested as liver depression and qi stagnation,exuberant liver fire,while in its deficiency syndrome,it is manifested as liver and kidney yin deficiency,qi and blood deficiency.On this basis,Professor Guo Chengjie employs a personalized treatment plan,combining acupuncture and medicines to treat breast lumps,based on the principle of"replenishing deficiency and purging excess,dealing with both symptoms and root causes".His clinical practice has achieved remarkable efficacy and is worthy of further promotion.关键词
