Wang Yangang's experience in the treatment of chronic urticaria from the perspective of turbid toxins by applying couplet medicines
摘要
Abstract
This paper summarizes Professor Wang Yangang's clinical experience in the treatment of chronic urticaria(CU).He believes that its core pathogenesis is the internal accumulation of turbid toxins.Based on the pathogenic characteristics of turbid toxins,he adopts the methods of clearing turbidity to remove toxins,clearing heat and resolving turbidity to remove toxins,regulating qi and relieving stasis to remove toxins,and nourishing the spleen and strengthening the body to treat deficiency syndromes with tonifying methods.He is skilled in applying couplet medicines in the treatment of chronic urticaria,which feature fewer medicines yet powerful activities,and he modifies his medication according to specific symptoms to pursue a precise therapeutic effect.One case is attached to the paper as evidence.关键词
