不同诱导子对人参愈伤组织生长及皂苷含量的影响
Effects of Different Elicitors on Callus Growth and Ginsenoside Con-tent of Panax ginseng

Abstract
This study aims to investigate the effects of different types of elicitors on callus growth and ginsenoside content of Panax ginseng.In the established ginseng callus culture system experi-ment,elicitors such as magnesium acetate,methyl jasmonate,and lanthanum nitrate were added,and UPLC was used to detect changes in saponin biosynthesis.Compared with ck,the three elicitors could not only affect the growth of ginseng callus,but also increase the synthesis of total saponins and certain monomeric saponins in ginseng.When the concentration of magnesium acetate was 0.5 g/L,the content of ginsenoside was the highest,which was 1.25 times of that of the control.When the con-centration of methyl jasmonate was increased to 300 μmol/L,the total saponin content was 2.78 times of that of the control,and the contents of ginsenosides Rb1,Rd,Re,Rc,and Rb2 were 2.64,4.67,3.71,5.42,and 2.62 times of that of the control,respectively.When the concentration of lantha-num nitrate was 15 mg/L,the content of ginsenoside was the highest,which was 1.23 times of that of the control.And this concentration is more conducive to the accumulation of ginsenosides Re,Ro,Rd and Rf,which are 1.48,1.21,1.45 and 1.41 times of that of the control,respectively.The three elicitors can increase the synthesis of total saponins and some monomer saponins in P.ginseng callus to varying degrees,among which,MeJA has the best effect on inducing total ginsenosides.They also affect the growth of ginseng callus.The addition of exogenous elicitors during the culture process is beneficial to increasing the saponins content in P.ginseng callus.关键词
