摘要

Abstract

In order to study the drying characteristics of corn and improve its drying efficiency,the effects of microwave power,loading capacity,grain initial moisture content and initial temperature were analyzed,and the changing rules of grain drying characteristics were obtained.The experiments showed that microwave drying power and temperature had significant effects on the drying character-istics of grains.Using SPSS to apply regression analysis and numerical analysis methods to fit corn microwave drying test data with the Modified Page model,we obtained its evaluation indexes R2>0.991 0,χ2<0.053 4,RMES<0.087.After the validation test,the measured value had a good corre-lation coefficient with the model's prediction(R2>0.99),indicating that the model is conducive to im-proving drying efficiency and accuracy of moisture content prediction,and ensuring corn quality and safety.
