The Mechanism of Scenario-driven Manufacturing Industrial Upgrading:Performance,Driving Force and External Environment

Abstract
Scene empowerment drives the upgrading of the manufacturing industry,but its process and mechanism are still unclear.Based on the grounded theory,this study takes 9 Olympic suppliers or national team sports equipment suppliers as examples in the scenario of major sports events to explore and refine the mechanism and path of scene-enabled manufacturing industry upgrading.The results show that:as an important scene driving the upgrading of sporting goods manufacturing industry,major events play an important role in driving the upgrading of sporting goods manufacturing indus-try.The driving force of major sports events is mainly manifested in four aspects:sports culture orientation,sports brand publicity,industry standard formulation and global market potential exploitation.The driving force of industrial upgrading comes from the resource base and dynamic capability of enterprises,and industrial upgrading is ultimately reflected in four dimensions:technology upgrading,product upgrading,high-end industrial chain up-grading and cross-industry upgrading.The uncertainty of institutional environment and market environment plays a role that cannot be ignored in the process of industrial upgrading driven by the scene of major sports events.关键词
