全球学术流动格局:霸权之道还是流动之势?
Dynamics of academic mobility:hegemonic internationalization or fluid globalization

Abstract
Two broad frameworks are used to describe and analyse the mobility of academic staff.The first,and dominant,framework focuses on flows from the"periphery"to the"core".This first approach is labelled"hegemonic internationalization".Traditionally,this"core"has been dominated by North America and Western Europe.With the change in global academic power,especially the rise of academic systems in East Asia(such as China,Japan,South Korea,etc.),the concept of"core"is gradually changing.The second framework focuses instead on issues of development,the emergence of global communities and social movements.This is labelled"fluid globalization".The article argues that the latter may be more useful for understanding trends in academic mobility.关键词
