面向新质生产力的高素质劳动者培育路径
The Cultivation Path of High-quality Workers towards New Quality Productive Forces

Abstract
Traditional workers are no longer able to meet the development requirements of new quality productive forces and higher quality workers are needed.Vocational skills training provides an important way to cultivate high-quality workers.Taking the actual implementation of vocational skills train-ing as an example,based on the internal logic of the new quality productive forces and high-quality workers,this paper clarifies the requirements of culti-vating high-quality workers oriented to the new quality productive forces in terms of talent echelon,the cultivation of talents and the teacher team for voca-tional skills training.The training philosophy,training content,effectiveness of industry education integration training and skills evaluation mechanism in skill training have become obstacles to cultivate high-quality workers.In the face of bottlenecks,we need to build a path to cultivate high-quality workers for the new quality productive forces and to create a"new quality talent cultivation model"for high-quality workers from four dimensions,including resha-ping the training concept,changing training configurations,integrating industry and education and building talent growth space.This will provide talent cultivation solutions for the development of new quality productive forces.关键词
