基于ADDIE模型的ICU护士急性皮肤衰竭护理培训方案的构建
Construction of nursing training program for ICU nurses with acute skin failure based on ADDIE model

Abstract
Objective:To develop a nursing training program for ICU nurses on acute skin failure,serving as a reference for nursing managers to conduct education and training related to acute skin failure.Methods:Based on the ADDIE model(comprising five phases:Analysis,Design,Development,Implementation,and Evaluation),a preliminary draft of the training program was developed through semi-structured interviews and literature review.From July to September 2024,a two-round Delphi expert consultation was conducted with 16 critical care medicine specialists from eight provinces/municipalities,ultimately finalizing the ICU nurse training program for acute skin failure care.Results:The questionnaire response rates for the two rounds of expert consultation were 88.89％and 100.00％,with expert authority coefficients of 0.82 and 0.87,respectively.The finalized ICU nurse training program for acute skin failure care comprises 5 first-level indicators,16 second-level indicators,and 40 third-level indicators.The Kendall's W values for these indicator levels were 0.250,0.232,and 0.319,respectively(P＜0.05).Conclusions:The developed ICU nurse training program for acute skin failure care demonstrates scientific validity and practical applicability,serving as a valuable reference for nursing managers in implementing acute skin failure care training for ICU nurses.关键词
