摘要
Abstract
Objective:To search, evaluate, and synthesize evidence on sound interventions for neonates in the neonatal intensive care unit(NICU),aiming to provide an evidence-based foundation for clinical practice. Methods:Guided by the"6S"evidence model, literature on sound interventions in NICU neonates was systematically retrieved from computerized decision support systems, domestic and international guideline repositories, professional association websites, and databases. The search included best practice guidelines, clinical policies, guidelines, evidence summaries, expert consensuses, and systematic reviews published between January 1,2019,and November 30,2023.Two researchers independently appraised the methodological quality of included studies. Results:A total of 18 studies were included, comprising 1 clinical policy,1 guideline,1 evidence summary, and 15 systematic reviews.Evidence was synthesized across four domains:benefits of sound interventions, implementation strategies, outcome evaluation, and clinical precautions, resulting in 13 actionable recommendations. Conclusions:This study summarized the relevant evidence of neonatal sound interventions in NICU.Medical staff should select evidence according to the actual situation of NICU,formulate and implement scientific sound intervention programs, and further improve the quality of neonatal care.关键词
