A Study on the Influencing Factors and Guiding Strategies of Full-time Postgraduate Students'Willingness to Work at the Grassroots Level in Universities

Abstract
Grassroots employment,as a crucial pathway for university students to effectively integrate into society and realize their personal values,has always been a key focus and area of support for the Party and the state.Full-time postgraduate students constitute the largest group in China's gradu-ate education and their willingness to pursue grassroots employment and related influencing factors deserve in-depth discussion.Based on an analysis of 500 open-ended online questionnaires using a binary Logistic model,significant positive influences on full-time postgraduate students'willingness to pur-sue grassroots employment are observed at the individual level(political affiliation and willingness to avoid employment in arduous industries),family lev-el(degree of family support for grassroots employment)and school level(degree of awareness of grassroots employment policies and participation in grass-roots employment training).Based on the research findings,two major strategies are proposed:deepening ideological and political guidance and strengthe-ning external policy incentives,to guide full-time postgraduate students in responding to the call of the country and contributing to grassroots development.关键词
