江苏省农业绿色高质量发展水平测度及路径研究
Research on Measurement and Path of Agricultural Green and High-quality Development Level in Jiangsu Province

Abstract
Based on panel data in Jiangsu Province and 13 prefecture-level cities from 2010 to 2022,we constructed an evaluation system of agricultural green and high-quality development containing 14 indicators from four aspects,namely,green production,scientific and technological support,ecological protection,and green consumption,and measured the level of agricultural green and high-quality development in Jiangsu Province by the entropy-weighted TOPSIS model.The results show that the overall green and high-quality development of agriculture in Jiangsu Province has been increasing steadily.Except science and technology support,which shows a linear growth trend,green production,ecological protection and green consumption all show a fluctuating upward trend.There is a big difference in the green development of agriculture among different cities in Jiangsu Province,and the southern part of Jiangsu is higher than the central part of Jiangsu and the northern part of Jiangsu Province,Through cluster analysis,the 13 prefectures and cities were divided into three categories:excellent agricultural high-quality development area,good agricultural development area and general agricultural development area.In view of this,it is proposed to strengthen the ability of green innovation to promote advanced scientific and technological achievements,comprehensively promote ecological protection to adhere to the road of green development,develop rural ecotourism to enrich green product consumption,improve the level of rural governance to create a livable environment.关键词
