大口黑鲈Dmrt基因家族的鉴定及性别二态性分析
Dentification and Dimorphic Expression of the Dmrt Gene Family in Largemouth Bass(Micropterus salmoides)

Abstract
In this study,seven Dmrt genes,including Msdmrt1,Msdmrt2a,Msdmrt2b,Msdmrt3,Msdmrt4,Msdmrt5,and Msdmrt6,were identified from the Micropterus salmoides(largemouth bass)genome using bioin-formatics methods.These genes are unevenly distributed across the chromosomes,among which Msdmrt1,Msd-mrt3,and Msdmrt2a are linearly clustered.Phylogenetic analysis revealed that the Msdmrt gene family of large-mouth bass is closely related to that of Larimichthys crocea(large yellow croaker)from the same order,and rela-tively conserved compared to other teleost Dmrt gene families. Combined with transcriptome data,semi-quantitative PCR,and quantitative PCR analyses,theMsdmrt genes showed clear sexually dimorphic expression in the gonads.Msdmrt1,Msdmrt3,Msdmrt4,and Msdmrt6 were specif-ically expressed in the testis,while Msdmrt5 was expressed in both the brain and ovary.These differences in ex-pression may be associated with distinct transcription factor binding sites in the promoter regions of each gene.关键词
