双转向系统多轴车辆非线性建模及转向性能分析
Modeling and Research on Turning Characteristic of Multi-Axle Steering Vehicle with Dual-Steering Systems
摘要
Abstract
A multi-axle vehicle with dual-steering systems(DSS)has steering coupling interference prob-lem,which is closely related to the active steering control strategy of the rear axle.In order to explore the influ-ence of active steering control strategy of the rear axle on tire side slip angle and its distribution and vehicle stability of a multi-axle vehicle,based on the Dugoff tire model,a 3-DOF nonlinear model of a multi-axle vehi-cle with DSS is established,which takes slip ratio,side slip angle and turning radius of mass center as varia-bles.Taking a 5-axle steering vehicle as an example,the effects of steering coupling interference,driving mode,wheel steering angle and the rear axle steering control strategy on tire slip rate,side slip angle and its distribu-tion of a multi-axle vehicle with DSS were simulated.The simulation results show that the tire side slip angle gradually decreases from the front axle to the rear;compared with the vehicle with full active steering,the tire side slip angle of the vehicle with DSS is larger;the wheel steering angle has a significant effect on the tire side slip angle and slip ratio;with the increase of the vehicle speed,the rear axle active steering center moves fas-ter,the tire side slip angle become smaller but the tire wear increases;the slip ratio of the all-wheel driven ve-hicle is obviously smaller than that of a partial driven vehicle,while the side slip angle is larger and the vehicle safety and stability margin is greater.关键词
