态靶因果在脾虚痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征中的临床应用
Clinical Application of State-Target-Cause-Result in Treatment of PCOS of Spleen Deficiency and Phlegm-Dampness Type
摘要
Abstract
With the development of social economy and improvement of quality of life,the incidence of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)in women of childbearing age in China has been increasing year by year.Ovulation disorders,metabolic disorders,acne,and hirsuteness seriously affect the physiological and psychological health of women suffering from the disease and therefore require extra attention.Tong Xiaolin academician puts forward the state-target-cause-result theory,which facilitates the application of modern medicine innovation to the identification and treatment of diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.Through the pattern of"combining disease and syndrome"based on"classification,staging,and syndrome differentiation",it summarizes the"state"of each stage of disease development,so as to accurately formulate the corresponding"target prescription"and"target medicine"and achieve the goal of"regulating state"and"fighting disease"at the same time for enhancing clinical efficacy.Based on this theory,this paper summarized the clinical characteristics of patients with PCOS of the spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness type,taking spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness as the state,obesity,hirsuteness,amenorrhea,acne,mental fatigue,lassitude of limbs,greasy sensation in the mouth and profuse phlegm,puffy tongue with greasy fur,and slippery pulse as the symptom targets,and body mass index,glucose and lipid metabolism index,and inflammation index as the biomarker targets.Modified Cangfu Daotan Decoction was used to invigorate the spleen and expel phlegm.At the same time,a series of symptom targets and biomarker targets were improved by modifying the target medicines.Two medical cases were attached to present the clinical efficacy.This research provides certain reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of PCOS of the spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness type.关键词
