摘要

Abstract

Objective:To analyze the promotion and hindrance factors for parents of premature infants in NICU to participate in kangaroo nursing,and to provide reference for improving the coverage and implementation quality of kangaroo nursing.Methods:Qualitative research method was adopted,and the parents of premature infants admitted to NICU in 2 general hospitals in Zhejiang Province from December 2023 to March 2024 were selected as research objects through objective sampling.Semi-structured interviews were conducted,and the interview data were analyzed by directional content analysis method.Results:Promoting factors include the availability and availability of resources,family support and cognition,good practice experience(emotional connection between parents and premature infants,intuitive feeling of nursing effect),and barriers include personal factors(parents'psychological stress and anxiety,parents'physical health)and medical factors(human factors,environmental constraints).Conclusions:There are promoting and hindering factors for parents of premature infants to participate in kangaroo nursing.Measures should be taken to promote the implementation of kangaroo nursing by optimizing the allocation of human resources,deepening the training of kangaroo nursing,providing parents with a sound support system and optimizing the layout of nursing environment.
