运气理论指导审平汤治疗老年性便秘验案二则
Two Case Reports of Shenping Decoction in Treating Senile Constipation Guided by Yunqi Theory
摘要
Abstract
Clinically characterized by difficult defecation and/or reduced bowel movements with dry and hard stools,constipation was first documented in Huangdi Neij ing(Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon).The pathogenesis involves abnormal intestinal conduction function,and senile constipation typically manifests as root deficiency with branch excess.Shenping Decoction,originating from Chen Wuze's Sanyin J iyi Bingzheng Fanglun(Treatise on Three Categories of Pathogenic Factors)in the Song Dynasty,serves as the principal formula for Mao-You years according to Yunqi theory.Based on the climatic pattern of Yangming Dry Metal governing the heavens and Shaoyin Monarch Fire in the earth,this period is prone to pathological characteristics of metal dryness,fire intensity,and wood qi stagnation.Professor Zhang Binxia,trained by Professor Gu Zhishan(successor of the Longsha Medical School)for Yunqi theory,has achieved remarkable therapeutic effects in treating senile constipation by applying Shenping Decoction through the integration of Opening-Closing-Pivot theory,Six-Channel Resolution Time theory,and the diagnostic approach considering human-heaven-symptom correlations.关键词
