二维拓扑超导的Z2强弱拓扑分类
THE Z2 TOPOLOGICAL CLASSIFICATION ON TWO-DIMENSIONAL TOPOLOGICAL SUPERCONDUCTORS
摘要
Abstract
A set of invariants related to particle-hole symmetry is found from the Zak phase angle,the equivalent between the Kitaev Z2 invariant and the Zak phase in two-dimentional system is proved in this paper.This set of invariants provides more complete information about the topology boundary zero modes than the Chern numbers.On this base,two topological superconductivity is classified as strong and weak,and the causes of mismatch between the Chern numbers and the numbers of Majorana zero modes in topological superconductors are explained.Compared with the topological insulator,the topological superconductivity is characterized by the Z2 invariant rather than the Chern numbers.关键词
