灸法治疗代谢相关脂肪性肝病的研究进展
Research Progress of Moxibustion in the Treatment of Metabolic Dysfunction-Associated Fatty Liver Disease
摘要
Abstract
Metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD),a chronic liver disease closely associated with obesity,type 2 diabetes mellitus,and metabolic syndrome,is characterized by hepatocellular steatosis.Currently,the main therapies for MAFLD include lifestyle modification,pharmacotherapy,and surgery.However,these methods suffer from poor compliance,multiple side effects,and high costs,which limit their clinical application.Moxibustion,as one of traditional Chinese medicine therapies,has garnered increasing attention for its low cost,convenient operation,and mild adverse effects.This article retrieved relevant literature from CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data,and PubMed with the time interval from inception to July 2024.It reviewed and discussed the pathogenesis of MAFLD in Chinese and Western medicine,the mechanism of moxibustion in treating MAFLD,and related clinical research progress,aiming to provide valuable reference for future clinical research and practice.关键词
