为解决贵州中型水库水情及工情监测数据孤立、运维管理困难的问题,提升监测效率并降低运维成本,笔者结合贵州具体工程实例,分析该省中型水库雨水情测报与大坝安全监测设施建设现状,探讨通过顶层设计引领、全省一盘棋的集成化建设模式所带来的建设与管理优势,旨在为全国水库的雨水情测报及大坝安全监测设施建设提供一种可借鉴、可复制的模式参考.

To address the challenges of isolated hydrological and structural monitoring data and operational management difficulties in medium-sized reservoirs in Guizhou,and to enhance monitoring efficiency while reducing maintenance costs,this study analyzes the current status of rainfall and flood monitoring and dam safety monitoring facilities in the province's medium-sized reservoirs,based on specific engineering cases in Guizhou,and explores the construction and management advantages brought by an integrated province-wide construction model guided by top-level planning.The aim is to provide a replicable model reference for nationwide reservoir rainfall and flood monitoring and dam safety monitoring facility development.
