摘要

Abstract

Using lithium acetate,nickel acetate,cobalt acetate,manganese acetate and aluminum acetate as raw materials and citric acid as complexing agent,LiNi0.8Co0.1Mn0.1-xAlxO2 materials were firstly synthesized using the sol-gel method,and LiNi0.8Co0.1Mn0.1-xAlxO2 materials with different amount of Al doping were obtained by varying the dosage of aluminum acetate.The sample were characterized by XRD,SEM and EDS.The results show that LiNi0.8Co0.1Mn0.1-xAlxO2 with different amount of Al doping all has α-NaFeO2 layered structure,which causes distortion of the crystal lattice.Al3+doping can broaden the channel for lithium ion diffusion,and the layered structure is more stable and ordered,when Al doping amount is 0.03.The electrochemical test results show that the first discharge specific capacity of NCM811-Al0.03 at 1C reaches 146.02 mA·h/g,and the capacity retention rate after 200 cycles is 82.3%,with better electrochemical reversibility and lower charge transfer resistance.
