摘要

Abstract

The gas-liquid mixing effect of four disc turbine stirrers in 300 L gas-liquid mechanically stirred reactor was investigated using a combinations of numerical simulations and experimental methods,and the aeration power consumption,gas-phase content and volumetric oxygen mass-transfer coefficient of the paddles were specifically analysed.The results show that the stirring power of different disc turbine stirrers varies greatly during aeration,and the gas content per unit power of each stirring paddle is in descending order:asymmetric parabolic blade>six-arrow blade>six-curved blade>six-straight blade.Among the four commonly used oxygen transfer models,the permeation model and slip velocity model predict the volumetric oxygen transfer coefficients of each paddle more accurately,and the volumetric oxygen transfer coefficients per unit of power are from large to small:asymmetric parabola blade>six-arrow blade>six-curved blade>six-straight blade.The numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results,which can provide some reference value for the optimisation and development of more efficient performance stirring paddles.
