耦合制冷剂回流压缩的吸收式热泵回收低温余热性能
Performance of absorption heat pump coupled with reflux refrigerant compression for low-temperature waste heat recovery

Abstract
In the recovery of flue gas waste heat from a gas boiler using a lithium bromide absorption heat pump,the low exhaust temperature and insufficient sensible heat of the flue gas often necessitate the introduction of an external heat source to provide an additional generator-driven heat source,which seriously affects the economy and adaptability of the boiler.To address this issue,an improved heat pump system was adopted,in which a portion of the gaseous refrigerant at the outlet of the evaporator was compressed by adding a compressor and then entered into the condenser,thus reducing the required driving heat in the generator.The simulation results demonstrate that the system can recover 271.97 kW flue gas of waste heat through the consumption of 33.70 kW of electrical energy.The final flue gas is cooled to 30.04 ℃,with the flue gas in the water vapor condensation rate of nearly 80%.In addition,the energy efficiency characteristics of the heat pump system was examined at varying refrigerant diversion ratios,boiler outlet flue temperature and return water temperature,thereby providing a reference point for actual operation.关键词
