Group Characteristics of the Project Leaders of Basic Research Fund:A Case Study of Guangdong Province
摘要
Abstract
The Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong Province,as the basic research funding method with the widest coverage and the largest influence in Guangdong,has built a basic research talent training system with general projects,youth promotion projects,outstanding youth projects,and outstanding youth team projects as the main body.In this paper,the project leaders who applied for the Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong Province from 2021 to 2023 and received funding are taken as the research objects to analyze the basic characteristics of this group.The results show that the characteristics of the academic background and professional title of the project leader are highly concentrated;31～40 years old is the main age level of the project leader;the proportion of men who have been approved is much higher than that of women,and there are differences in the research disciplines of researchers of both genders.关键词
