Influencing Factors and Mechanism of Scientific and Technological Innovation Performance of the National Key Laboratories in China:Research Based on the Grounded Theory Coding Technology

Abstract
The National Key Laboratories are an important part of the national scientific and technological(S&T)innovation system of China,and in the face of fierce international S&T competition,it is urgent to accelerate the improvement of the S&T innovation performance of the National Key Laboratories.In this paper,we use the grounded theory coding technology method to code the report materials on the National Key Laboratories from the official websites of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Science and Technology from 2012 to 2022,and construct an environment-process analysis framework to study the influencing factors and mechanisms of the S&T innovation performance of the National Key Laboratories.The results show that environmental demand,institutional norms,resource endowment,psychological capital,and linkage embedding are the main factors affecting the innovation performance of the National Key Laboratories,and the S&T innovation performance of the National Key Laboratories is the result of the synergistic drive of various factors.关键词
