摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of proximal femoral anatomic locking plate with hollow compression screws internal fixation on the femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Methods The 43 patients with femoral intertro-chanteric fractures were treated by proximal femoral anatomic locking plate with hollow compression screws internal fixation.Results Three cases were lost to follow-up,2 caes died of other systemic diseases within 1 year after surge-ry,38 cases were followed up for 12～24 months.The operation time was 45～90 min and intraoperative blood loss was 100～200 ml.Subcutaneous fat liquefaction occurred in 1 obese patient,bladder irritation occurred in 3 patients.There were no symptoms of deep vein thrombosis,repeated swelling of lower limbs and pain,and no breakage of plates and screws occurred.All fractures healed within 8～12 months.One year after surgery,the function of hip joint were evaluated according to Harris score:35 cases were excellent,2 cases good,and 1 poor,the excellent-good rate was 37/38.Four patients needed to walk with crutches help,and the other 34 patients walked normally,without obvious deformities of coxa vara or coxa valga.Conclusions In the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture,proximal femoral anatomic locking plate with hollow compression screw internal fixation is firm,safety and effective-ness,and the effective is reliable.关键词
