摘要

Abstract

Ganoderma sterols are important bioactive compounds,which are generally composed of ergosterol as the basic skeleton.Catalyzed by the hydroxylase and other post-modification enzymes,these kinds of compounds can generate various steroid derivatives carrying different molecular structures.Sterol compounds of Ganoderma are known to have pharmacological activity on anti-tumor,immune modulation,anti-inflammatory,and anti-aging.In this review,structures and pharmacological activities of 62 steroid compounds analyzed from Ganoderma sp.over the past 40 years are summarized together with future prospects for research and development directions of Ganoderma sterols to provide a theoretical flamework for the systematic study of Ganoderma sp.
