Abstract
With the advancement of China's"dual carbon"goals,the development of new power systems has accelerated.As a core component,the selection of converter construction modes is critical.This study conducts an in-depth investigation into converter types and application scenarios,focusing on analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of grid-following,grid-forming,and hybrid construction modes.By integrating user resources and grid characteristics,a rational selection strategy for construction modes is proposed.The research demonstrates that during low renewable energy penetration stages,grid-following modes dominate for user-side applications,while grid-forming and hybrid modes prove more effective in ensuring grid stability under high renewable energy penetration conditions.The selection of construction modes should holistically consider user resources,grid characteristics,and renewable energy penetration levels to achieve efficient and stable operation of renewable-integrated power systems.关键词
