Abstract
The coordinated development of academic education and non-academic education is an important link in promoting the innovative develop-ment of higher continuing education and the collaborative innovation of vocational education,higher education and continuing education.The formation mechanism of the static market,dynamic market and block market of higher non-academic education shows that the degree of specialization is the funda-mental criterion for the selection of supply subjects in the higher non-academic education market.However,there is a large deviation between the market exploration practice of higher education institutions represented by Open University and the mechanism revelation.Under the guidance of the formation mechanism of the higher non-academic education market,clarifying the market positioning,anchoring the service object,optimizing the management sys-tem and developing brand courses have become a feasible strategy for higher education institutions to develop the non-academic education market and to promote the coordinated development of academic education and non-academic education.关键词
