Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of proximal femoral nail anti-rotation(PFNA)combined with titani-um cable in the treatment of femoral subtrochanteric fracture.Methods The 26 patients with femoral subtrochanteric fractures were treated with PFNA combined with titanium cable.The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,fracture healing time and postoperative complications were recorded.The modified Harris score was used to evaluate hip func-tion.Results The intraoperative blood loss was 150～200(175.6±21.4)ml,and the operative time was 90～120(105.5±11.7)min.All patients were followed up for 12～24(19.8±3.6)months.All the fractures healed in 3～6(4.6±0.6)months.There were no complications such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accident,venous throm-bosis,bedsore,incision infection,bone nonunion,hip varus and internal fixation loosening,fracture or displacement.One year after surgery,the improved Harris score was 85～120(105.6±9.5)points,among them 19 cases were ex-cellent,6 cases were good,and 1 fair.The excellent and good rate was 25/26.Conclusions PFNA combined with ti-tanium cable in the treatment of femoral subtrochanteric fracture has the advantages of less trauma,faster fracture healing,fewer postoperative complications,and better functional recovery of affected limb.关键词
