Causes and Impacts of Main Shaft Seal Retainer Bolt Fracture in Unit 1 at Letan Hydropower Station
笔者以乐滩水电站 1 号机组主轴密封压板螺栓断裂为背景,深入分析其原因及影响.经运行数据分析、现场检查及专业检测,确定长期在振动区内运行是导致螺栓断裂的主要原因,并提出运行工况实时监控与调整、重新测定振动区、提升检修维护质量及优化检修工艺等措施,以避免类似故障再次发生.研究强调准确识别机组振动区并采取防范措施的重要性,为保障水力发电机组安全稳定运行、延长设备使用寿命提供理论支持与实践指导.
This study investigates the causes and impacts of the main shaft seal retainer bolt fracture in Unit 1 at Letan Hydropower Plant.Through operational data analysis,on-site inspections,and professional testing,prolonged operation within the vibration zone is identified as the primary cause of bolt failure.Mitigation measures are proposed,including real-time monitoring and adjustment of operating conditions,re-evaluation of vibration zone boundaries,enhancement of maintenance quality,and optimization of repair procedures to prevent recurrence.The research underscores the criticality of accurately identifying vibration zones and implementing preventive measures,offering theoretical and practical guidance to ensure the safe and stable operation of hydropower generating units and extend equipment service life.
