Abstract
This study investigates the causes and impacts of the main shaft seal retainer bolt fracture in Unit 1 at Letan Hydropower Plant.Through operational data analysis,on-site inspections,and professional testing,prolonged operation within the vibration zone is identified as the primary cause of bolt failure.Mitigation measures are proposed,including real-time monitoring and adjustment of operating conditions,re-evaluation of vibration zone boundaries,enhancement of maintenance quality,and optimization of repair procedures to prevent recurrence.The research underscores the criticality of accurately identifying vibration zones and implementing preventive measures,offering theoretical and practical guidance to ensure the safe and stable operation of hydropower generating units and extend equipment service life.关键词
