未来社区"一老一小"代际学习倾向性分析
Analysis of Intergenerational Learning Tendencies of"The Elderly and Children"in Future Communities

Abstract
The integration of intergenerational interactive learning into the construction of future communities is not only helpful to promote emotional,knowledge and cultural transmission between generations,but also is conducive to achieving active aging and the development of a learning society.Start-ing from the characteristics of the intergenerational correlation,we collect the survey data related to"the old and the young"in future communities and use the K-prototype algorithm to cluster"the elderly and children"groups,based on the mixed-type data including the gender and age of the old and the young and the propensity to intergenerational learning scores.The results show that after clustering,different categories of groups show significant differ-ences in the propensity towards six types of intergenerational interactions.The elderly groups are divided and labeled into"Cultural and Sports Type","Labor Practice Type"and"Interest Omnipotent Type",while the children groups are divided and labeled into"Labor Actionists","Sports Health Type"and"Interest Broad Type".Subsequently,customized intergenerational projects can be designed for the elderly and children and personalized courses can be pushed to improve the matching degree of demand and supply.关键词
