摘要

Abstract

Due to the frequent occurrence of all kinds of emergencies,the necessity and urgency of community emergency education have become in-creasingly prominent.Community emergency education is an organized educational activity that includes five basic elements:learners,educational pur-pose,educators,educational impact and educational environment.Carrying out community emergency education is an inevitable requirement for building a national emergency education system and it is an intrinsic demand for promoting the construction of resilient communities,which highlights the social governance value of community education in the context of a risk society.Based on this,five action strategies which include evaluating the needs of com-munity emergency education,clarifying the purpose of community emergency education,promoting the participation of multiple educational subjects,en-riching the content and methods of community emergency education and creating a good environment for community emergency education are proposed in order to promote the development of community emergency education.
