外侧与内侧膝关节单髁置换术治疗单间室膝骨关节炎的疗效比较
Comparison of the efficacy of lateral and medial unicondylar knee arthroplasty in the treat-ment of unicompartmental knee osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective To compare the efficacy of lateral and medial unicondylar knee arthroplasty(UKA)in the treatment of unicompartmental knee osteoarthritis.Methods The fifty patients with unicompartmental knee osteoar-thritis were divided into the lateral UKA group(treated with lateral UKA,25 cases)and the medial UKA group(trea-ted with medial UKA,25 cases)according to different surgical methods.Intraoperative blood loss,operation time,inci-sion length,knee flexion range of motion,pain VAS,and gait situation were compared between the two groups.The clinical efficacy was evaluated using the knee HSS score.Results All patients were followed up for 24～51 months.The intraoperative blood loss,operation time,and incision length in the medial UKA group were less(shorter)than those in the lateral UKA group(P＜0.05).There were no statistical differences in the knee flexion range of motion,HSS score and pain VAS between the two groups at each time-point after surgery(P＞0.05).At the last follow-up,the patient's knee joint pain was all relieved,they could walk normally with normal gait,and there was no obvious discom-fort.Conclusions Compared with medial UKA,lateral UKA can achieve the same early efficacy in the treatment of unicompartmental knee osteoarthritis,but due to the limited number of cases,the surgeon's surgical technique needs to be further mastered and improved.关键词
