膝关节单髁置换术治疗轻度内翻畸形的内侧间室膝骨关节炎
Unicondylar knee arthroplasty for treatment of the medial compartment knee osteoarthritis with mild varus deformity
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of unicondylar knee arthroplasty(UKA)in the treatment of medial compartment knee osteoarthritis(KOA)with mild varus deformity.Methods The 19 patients who suffered from me-dial compartment KOA(21 knees)with mild varus deformity were treated with UKA.Time to start standing after sur-gery,hospital stay time,incidence of complications,varus angle,pain VAS,knee flexion range of motion,and HSS knee joint function score were recorded.Results All patients were followed up for 3～38(18.57±12.76)months.The time to start standing after surgery was 1～3(1.91±0.70)d,and the hospitalization time was 6～15(12.05±3.19)d.There were no serious complications such as knee joint infection,joint prosthesis loosening,or displacement of the activity platform pad after surgery.One patient experienced knee joint pain with limited flexion and extension due to hyperactivity at 1 month after surgery,after symptomatic treatment,the pain was relieved and the knee joint activity was good.At the last follow-up,the varus angle,pain VAS,knee flexion range of motion,and HSS score were all better than before surgery(P＜0.05).Conclusions UKA treatment for medial compartment KOA with mild varus deformity can not only preserve normal knee joint movement and proprioception after surgery,but also effectively reduce pain and improve knee joint function.关键词
