面向高精度轨控的霍尔推力器推力特性研究
The Thrust Characteristics of Hall Thrusters for High-Precision Orbit Control

Abstract
In response to the demands of the new generation of geosynchronous orbit navigation satellites for precise orbit prediction and realtime orbit control capabilities,the development of high-precision,high-stability,and high-reliability Hall electric propulsion systems is of great significance.Currently,there are no experimental studies on the thrust precision level of Hall thrusters at home and abroad.To verify the feasibility of the technical solution for the 0.2%thrust repeatability precision requirement in new mission scenarios,a systematic experimental analysis of the thrust characteristics of Hall thrusters was conducted.By establishing a thrust precision research model,the influencing factors of thrust precision were decomposed;repeated ignition tests under rated conditions were carried out,and the variation laws of thrust characteristics were analyzed.The results show that at the initial stage of ignition,the anode current and thrust of the thruster decrease due to temperature changes.Theoretical analysis indicates that the main reason for the performance change is the decrease in propellant utilization rate caused by the increase in the thermal motion rate of propellant atoms.The performance changes of the thruster in multiple ignition tests have good repeatability and predictability.This verifies the feasibility of using Hall thrusters for high-precision orbit control of geosynchronous orbit satellites and provides a theoretical basis and experimental evidence for subsequent improvement designs and in-orbit applications.关键词
