国际借鉴视野下县域老年大学高质量发展路径研究
Research on the Path of High-quality Development of County-level Universities for the Aged Based on International Comparative Perspective
摘要
Abstract
Developing high-quality education for the elderly is an important way to actively respond to the national strategy of population aging,and developing high-quality county universities for the elderly is an inevitable requirement to promote the development of local education for the elderly.Based on the analysis of the development advantages and formation background of foreign universities for the elderly,combined with the investigation and compar-ison of five universities for the elderly in a certain province in China,it is found that there are still some practical problems in the aspects of running schools,curriculum setting and teaching staff construction of county universities for the elderly.Through the localization of the development experience of foreign universities for the elderly,we should make overall management of the main bodies of education for the elderly in the jurisdiction,diversify the joint development of universities,broaden the sources of resource supply,set up the contents of education for the elderly in a demand-oriented way,es-tablish a high-quality teaching staff team and improve the supporting laws and policies,so as to promote the high-quality development of county-level u-niversities for the elderly in China.关键词
