Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of replanting full-thickness skin graft prepared with peeling and pedi-cled cross-abdominal over and out skin flaps for repair of palm combined with retrograde avulsion injuries of dorsal hand with different degrees.Methods The 16 cases who suffered from mild palm combined with retrograde avulsion injuries of dorsal hands were treated with replantation of full-thickness skin grafts prepared by peeling,and 8 cases who suffered from severe palm combined with retrograde avulsion injuries of dorsal hands were treated by pedicled cross-abdominal over and out skin flaps.The survival of skin graft or flap,and the recovery of hand function were re-corded after two surgery methods.Results All patients were followed up for 7～72 months.All 16 patients with mild injuries had good skin graft survival after operation,no complications such as infection,skin graft necrosis occurred,and the hand function recovered well at the last follow-up.The skin flaps of 8 patients with severe injuries survived well after surgery.Among them,1 case was infected after surgery,and the infection was controlled after 2 weeks of wound dressing change,and the skin flap survived,however,due to the ulnar nerve rupture defect and flexor tendon in-jury caused by trauma,the functional recovery recovered poorer,while the hands function of the other patients recov-ered well.Conclusions For the treatment of mild palm combined with retrograde avulsion injuries of dorsal hand,the use of replanting full-thickness skin graft prepared with peeling has a high survival rate,and which can also ensure the original appearance and wear resistance of the skin to the maximum extent.It is a simple,practical,safe effect method to use pedicled pedicled cross-abdominal over and out skin flaps for the treatment of severe palm combined with retro-grade avulsion injuries of dorsal hand.关键词
