摘要

Abstract

With the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the development of lifelong learning,the Singapore government launched the SkillsFuture in 2014 to cope with the future changes,aiming to provide people of all social classes and ages in Singapore with skills education and meet the different development needs of individuals,so as to achieve sustainable development of careers and great progress in personal lifelong learning.Based on discursive institutionalism,this study explores the framework,content and value of Singapore's SkillsFuture from the perspective of idea,discourse and system.It is also believed that China can use the Singapore SkillsFuture as a mirror of reality,improve the relevant skills training mechanism,build a dis-tinctive skills certification system and improve the existing lifelong learning system.
