Abstract
Objective To compare the effect of fixation with loop plate or clavicular hook plate on the traumatic acro-mioclavicular dislocation.Methods The 57 patients with traumatic acromioclavicular dislocation were divided into observation group(26 cases were treated with loop plate internal fixation)and control group(31 cases were treated with clavicular hook plate),according to different treatment methods.The operation status,pain VAS,Constant-Murley scores were compared between two groups,and the effect was assessed with Karlsson grading criterion.Results All patients were followed up for 6～12 months.The volume of intraoperative blood loss and incision length in the obser-vation group were less(shorter)than those in the control group(P＜0.01),and there was no statistical difference in operation time between the two groups(P＞0.05).The pain VAS:At 6 months after surgery,the two groups were low-er than those before surgery(P＜0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.01).Con-stant-Murley scores:At 6 months after surgery,the data of two groups were higher than before surgery(P＜0.05),and the observation group was higher than control group(P＜0.01).Six months after operation,Karlsson grading standard was used to evaluate the excellent-good rate of curative effect,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Compared with clavicular hook plate,internal fixation with loop plate is effective in the treat-ment of acromioclavicular dislocation,with less trauma,less bleeding,less pain,which is conducive to the recovery of shoulder joint function,and complications are fewer.关键词
