基于结构方程模型自考生学习资源使用满意度调查分析
Survey Analysis of Self-exam Students'Satisfaction with the Use of Learning Resources Based on Structural Equation Modeling

Abstract
Study resources are important auxiliaries in the learning process of self-exam candidates,and satisfaction with the use of study resources is one of the important indicators for evaluating the quality of self-exam assistance.Based on 886 valid questionnaire samples,data is processed using SPSS and AMOS software to construct a structural equation model(SEM)for an in-depth analysis of the satisfaction with the use of study resources among self-exam candidates and its influencing factors.The research results show that the three key latent variables of"self-learning quality","online study re-source quality"and"online resource learning willingness"all have significant positive impact on satisfaction with the use of study resources,while there is no significant positive relationship between"offline study resource quality"and satisfaction with the use of study resources.It is suggested that by strengthening the cultivation of self-learning abilities,enriching the content of online study resources and improving the customer experience of online learning platforms and offline learning institutions,the self-learning quality,online resource learning willingness and the quality of online and offline stud-y resources of self-exam candidates can be improved respectively,thereby comprehensively enhancing the satisfaction with the use of study resources a-mong self-exam candidates.关键词
