尺骨鹰嘴截骨克氏针辅助双钢板治疗肱骨远端骨折
Olecranon osteotomy Kirschner wire assisted double plates in the treatment of distal humerus fracture
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of olecranon osteotomy Kirschner wire assisted double plates for treat-ment of distal humerus fracture.Methods The 23 cases with AO type-C distal humerus fractures were treated with double plates assisted by Kirschner wire via olecranon osteotomy approach.Fracture healing and joint activity were re-corded,and elbow function was assessed according to Cassebaum score.Results All patients were followed up for 14～20 months.All fractures healed in one-stage,and the time was 17～24 weeks.At the last follow-up,elbow joint was flexion with 100°～140°,extension with 5°～30°,forearm pronation was 60°～80° and supination was 50°～70°.According to Cassebaum scoring criteria,the elbow joint function was excellent in 16 cases,good in 5 cases,fair 2 cases,and the excellent-good rate was 21/23.Conclusions In the treatment of AO type-C distal humerus fracture with Kirschner wire assisted double plates via olecranon osteotomy approach,the articular surface is fully exposed dur-ing the operation,it is easy to reduce,and fixed firmly,and the recovery of elbow joint function is better.关键词
