Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive full-thread headless compression hollow screw internal fixation on pelvic fracture.Methods The 52 patients with pelvic fractures were divided into full-thread group(minimally invasive full-thread headless compression hollow screw internal fixation,26 cases)and partial-thread screw group(minimally invasive traditional partial-thread compression hollow screw internal fixation,26 cases)by random number table method.The surgical status,fracture reduction and healing,the occurrence of complications were recorded.The effect was evaluated by Majeed score of the pelvic function.Results All patients were followed up for 6～18(12.3±5.4)months.There was no statistical difference in the quality of fracture reduction between the two groups,according to the Matta score criterion(P＞0.05).Operative time and intraoperative fluoroscopy frequency were shorter(less)in full-thread group than those in partial-thread group(P＜0.01).There was no statistical differ-ence in fracture healing time between the two groups(P＞0.05).At the last follow-up,Majeed score of the pelvic function was used to evaluate the curative effect,and there was no statistical difference in the excellent-good rate be-tween the two groups(P＞0.05).The screws in both groups were located in the predetermined channels,and did not enter the pelvic cavity,joint cavity or the periphery of the channel bone cortex.No vascular and nerve damage occurred after surgery.Superficial infection occurred in 1 case of the partial-thread group at 5 d after operation.Conclusions The placement screw is accurate for minimally invasive full-thread headless compression hollow screw internal fixation on the pelvic fracture,which can shorten the operation time,reduce the frequency of intraoperative X-ray fluoroscopy.关键词
