桧烯微胶囊制备工艺研究
Study on Preparation Technology of Sabinene Microcapsules

Abstract
In order to mask the pungent smell of sabinene,and improve its dispersion in industrial raw materials,reduce the volatilization rate,with sabinene as the core material,β-cyclodextrin as the wall material,a sabinene microcapsule was prepared by vacuum drying method.Taking the comprehensive scores of cladding yield and cladding rate as evaluation indexes,the preparation process of sabinene microcapsules was optimized by univariate test and response surface test.The results showed that the optimum preparation conditions of sabinene microcapsules were as follows:wall-core ratio of 9.6∶1(g∶mL),wrapping temperature of 42 ℃,wrapping time of 3.2 h,water-wall ratio of 12∶1(mL∶g),alcohol-core ratio of 5∶1.Under this preparation condition,the cladding rate of sabinene microcapsules was 78.38%±1.76%,the cladding yield was 72.40%±0.58%,and the comprehensive score was(77.18±1.53)points,which was little different from the predicted value of the response surface model,and the prediction results of the model were reliable.Sabinene-loaded microcapsules were observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),exhibiting flocculent cluster morphology,which demonstrated effective encapsulation.The volatilization rate of sabinene microcapsules was(2.28%±0.08%)/h,which was much lower than that of sabinene itself(4.87%±0.06%)/h,indicating that microencapsulation of sabinene could play a slow-release effect on sabinene.关键词
